This lecture covers the principles of NV magnetometry, focusing on detecting magnetization dynamics via NV relaxometry, frequency/localization of individual skyrmion dynamics, and collective excitations in the SkX phase. It also discusses the experimental conditions, such as oop bias fields and sample variations, for optimal measurements. The presentation includes progress reports on Sinergia meetings, phase diagrams, and magnetic properties of CoZnMn alloys. The lecture emphasizes the importance of lamella samples for easier integration with CPW and lower stray fields. Various qualitative and quantitative magnetic mapping techniques are explored, along with the challenges of surface destruction and sensor-sample distance. The session concludes with measurement plans for imaging helical phases and Skyrmion lattices, addressing questions on dynamics, phase transitions, and surface distortions.
