Strategic Urban Planning: Sustainable Urbanization in Africa

The lecture delves into the strategic positioning of Porto-Novo within a coastal conurbation, the vulnerability assessment of the territory, and the consideration of different climate change scenarios. It also discusses the development of a sustainable urban development plan for Porto-Novo, focusing on functional mix zones, high-potential areas, and vulnerable zones.
