The lecture delves into the development of monoclonal antibodies, flow cytometry, and ELISPOT assays. It also discusses the interactions between immune cells and metal particles, the clonal immune system, and the role of mechanical force in the immune system. Various techniques for characterizing mechanical force in cells are presented, including atomic force microscopy, magnetic twisting cytometry, and microplate stretcher.
