Data Virtualization Demo: SmartDataLake

This lecture presents a demo on adaptive data virtualization in SmartDataLake, showcasing the process of assembling company profiles by identifying input datasets and making them accessible via RAW and Proteus for executing join queries across datasets. The demo includes querying single tables, joining tables from different datasets, and demonstrating the inefficiencies of the current setup. It also covers querying large companies with non-operative sites, finding statistics about specific groups of companies, and extracting industry and LinkedIn URLs for companies in Italy.
