The invention relates to new medicaments, pharmaceutical compns., and methods of treatment of cancer. The invention discloses trimetallic clusters for use as a medicament, in particular in the treatment of cancer including metastasis. Preferably, the compds. are provided in the form of pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Preferred compd. include trinuclear ruthenium-arene clusters.
