Wir zeigen, auf Basis unseres Projektes SEPIA, dass eine ehrgeizige CO2-Abgabe auf alle Brenn- und Treibstoffe durchaus an der Urne bestehen kann, wenn gewisse Bedingunge erfüllt sind.
