Laboratory of Adaptive Systems

The Laboratory of Adaptive Systems at EPFL, led by Professor Ali H. Sayed, focuses on adaptation and learning theories, network and data sciences, statistical inference, and multi-agent networks. The laboratory offers open positions for Ph.D. students and post-doctoral scholars with backgrounds in electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or physics. Professor Sayed has received prestigious awards, including the IEEE Fourier Technical Field Award and the IEEE Norbert Wiener Society Award. He has been elected to The World Academy of Sciences and the US National Academy of Engineering for his significant contributions to adaptive signal processing and the advancement of science in developing countries.
