Central serviceThe Associate Vice Presidency for Research (AVP-R) at EPFL coordinates and oversees the central services for research support, including the Research Office and the Technology Transfer Office. It aims to manage and valorize national and international collaborative research projects, contributing to the strategic axes of research and development at EPFL. By fostering interdisciplinary exchanges and strengthening core disciplines, AVP-R enhances the integration between research and education across the campus. The Research Office supports the research community in administrative tasks and coordinates large projects, while the Technology Transfer Office collaborates with researchers to commercialize technologies for societal benefit.
