Central serviceThe Talent and Development - Management unit at EPFL, part of the Human Resources department, provides all the necessary information and documents for employees from their first day to their departure. It offers tailored consultations based on individual profiles and specific daily needs, covering topics such as remuneration, social insurance, absences management, and training opportunities. The unit also manages recruitment processes, including for temporary academic and non-academic staff, and oversees activities outside of regular employment, ensuring compliance with regulations and conflict of interest policies.
