The Responsables RH - Gestion unit at EPFL is dedicated to providing all the necessary information and documents related to human resources, from the employees' first day to their departure. They offer support for both employees and hierarchical managers, covering topics such as remuneration, social insurance, absences management, and training opportunities. The unit also oversees the recruitment processes for temporary academic and non-academic staff, as well as the management of external consultants. Additionally, they handle administrative tasks such as updating personal data, managing conflicts of interest related to secondary activities, and providing guidance on various HR-related matters.
