Valeyres-sous-Ursins (valɛʁ su.z‿yʁsɛ̃, literally Valeyres under Ursins) is a municipality in the district of Jura-Nord Vaudois of the canton of Vaud in Switzerland. Valeyres-sous-Ursins is first mentioned in 1184 as de Valeres. Valeyres-sous-Ursins has an area, , of . Of this area, or 75.7% is used for agricultural purposes, while or 19.1% is forested.
