As a social animal species, Humans's behaviors are mutually modulated in any interaction. Interpreted through cultural, some degree of habits propagate implicitly in any dialogue, including the parent–child relationship, which has an essential function in forming basic concepts for private articulation, as well as common values, connecting fundamental cultivation of organism and ecological systems of mutual (and pondered) trust.
Political Warfare ExecutiveDuring World War II, the Political Warfare Executive (PWE) was a British clandestine body created to produce and disseminate both white and black propaganda, with the aim of damaging enemy morale and sustaining the morale of countries occupied or allied with Nazi Germany. The Executive was formed in August 1941, reporting to the Foreign Office. The staff came mostly from SO1, which had been until then the propaganda arm of the Special Operations Executive.

Loaded languageLoaded language (also known as loaded terms, strong emotive language, high-inference language and language-persuasive techniques) is rhetoric used to influence an audience by using words and phrases with strong connotations. This type of language is very often made vague to more effectively invoke an emotional response and/or exploit stereotypes. Loaded words and phrases have significant emotional implications and involve strongly positive or negative reactions beyond their literal meaning.
Triumph of the WillTriumph of the Will (Triumph des Willens) is a 1935 German Nazi propaganda film directed, produced, edited and co-written by Leni Riefenstahl. Adolf Hitler commissioned the film and served as an unofficial executive producer; his name appears in the opening titles. It chronicles the 1934 Nazi Party Congress in Nuremberg, which was attended by more than 700,000 Nazi supporters. The film contains excerpts of speeches given by Nazi leaders at the Congress, including Hitler, Rudolf Hess and Julius Streicher, interspersed with footage of massed Sturmabteilung (SA) and Schutzstaffel (SS) troops and public reaction.

For example, the Russian word, propaganda (пропаганда) has a neutral connotation in some cases, similar to the English word "promotion" (of an opinion or argument).
