Amaravati
Amaravati (əm@'rɑːv@ti) is the capital of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located on the banks of the river Krishna in Guntur district. Dharanikota, the ancient city site nearby, was founded more than 2,200 years ago, serving as an ancient capital. The Amaravati Stupa was an important Buddhist site of pilgrimage and holy learning. Under the British Raj, many ancient Buddhist sculptures were taken to other museums in India and Britain.
Bapatla district
Bapatla district is a district in coastal Andhra in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh established on 4 April 2022. The administrative headquarter is Bapatla. The district is formed from parts of erstwhile Prakasam district and Guntur districts. It has an Air Force Station and several universities. Named after Bhavanarayana Swamy temple, it was originally called Bhavapuri with transformation to Bhavapatla, Bapatla in due course. In 1977, proposal to form Bapatla district was made by Kolla Venkaiah, famous communist leader.
Prakasam district
Prakasam district is one of the twelve districts in the coastal Andhra region of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It was formed in 1970 and reorganised on 4 April 2022. The headquarters of the district is Ongole. It is located on the western shore of Bay of Bengal and is bounded by Bapatla district and Palnadu districts in the north, Nandyal district in the west, Kadapa and Nellore districts in the south. A part of north west region also borders with Nagarkurnool district of Telangana.
Guntur district
Guntur district is one of the twenty six districts in the Coastal Andhra region of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. The administrative seat of the district is located at Guntur, the largest city of the district in terms of area and with a population of 670,073. It has a coastline of approximately on the right bank of Krishna River, that separates it from Krishna district and NTR district. It is bounded on the south by Bapatla district and on the west by Palnadu district.

It is one of India's richest Buddhist sites, and now lies almost entirely under the lake created by the Nagarjuna Sagar Dam.
Telangana
Telangana (ˌtɛlən'gɑːnə; ˈtelaŋɡaːɳa, ˈtɪləŋɡɑːna) is a landlocked state in India situated on the south-central stretch of the Indian peninsula on the high Deccan Plateau. It is the eleventh-largest state and the twelfth-most populated state in India with a geographical area of and 35,193,978 residents as per 2011 census. On 2 June 2014, the area was separated from the northwestern part of Andhra Pradesh as the newly formed state of Telangana, with Hyderabad as its capital.

It is the seventh-largest state with an area of and tenth-most-populous state, with 49,577,103 inhabitants. It has shared borders with Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and the Bay of Bengal. It has the second-longest coastline in India of about . After existence as Andhra state and unified Andhra Pradesh, the state took its present form on 2 June 2014, when the new state Telangana was formed through bifurcation.
