Jisr ed-Damiye
Jisr ed-Damiye (Jisr ed-Damieh), known in English as Damiyah Bridge, as Prince Muhammad Bridge in Jordan, and as Gesher Adam () in Israel, stretches over the Jordan River between the Palestinian territories and the Balqa Governorate of Jordan. In 1918, during the Sinai and Palestine Campaign of the First World War, it was captured by Imperial British forces. At the time it was used as part of the Nablus – Es Salt – Amman road.
