Auxiliary police
Auxiliary police, also called volunteer police, reserve police, assistant police, civil guards, or special police, are usually the part-time reserves of a regular police force. They may be unpaid volunteers or paid members of the police service with which they are affiliated. Auxiliary police are primarily tasked with supporting and augmenting the police, but this may also extend to established emergency services such as the fire department, emergency medical services, border patrol, and coast guard.
Police community support officer
A Police Community Support Officer (PCSO; swyddog cymorth cymunedol yr heddlu, SCCH), or as written in legislation Community Support Officer (CSO; swyddog cymorth cymunedol, SCC) is a uniformed member of police staff in England and Wales, a role created by Section 38(2) of the Police Reform Act 2002, which was given Royal Assent by Queen Elizabeth II on 24 July 2002. They are non-warranted but provided with a variety of police powers and the power of a constable in various instances by the forty-three territorial police forces in England and Wales and the British Transport Police (which is the only specialist police service to employ PCSOs).
British Transport Police
British Transport Police (BTP; Heddlu Trafnidiaeth Prydeinig) is a national special police force that polices the railway network of England, Wales and Scotland. The force polices more than 10,000 miles of track and more than 3,000 stations and depots. BTP also polices the London Underground, Docklands Light Railway, the West Midlands Metro, Tramlink, part of the Tyne and Wear Metro, Glasgow Subway and the London Cable Car. The force is funded primarily by the rail industry.

The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) is the territorial police force responsible for law enforcement and the prevention of crime within the ceremonial county of Greater London. In addition, it is responsible for some specialised matters throughout the United Kingdom, including national counter-terrorism measures and the protection of specific people, such as the monarch and other members of the royal family, members of the government, and other officials.
