This lecture covers the computation of pressure variation for acoustic wave propagation in fluids using the Pressure Acoustics, Frequency Domain interface in COMSOL Multiphysics. It includes modeling losses, domain conditions, sources, and wave attenuation behavior. The Helmholtz equation is solved for given frequencies or as an eigenfrequency study.
