Lecture
This lecture presents the experience of a Digital Humanities Master student at EPFL during their internship at Origin Food. The student worked on improving CERT Care, a tool for managing products-compliance documents, by redesigning interfaces and workflows to enhance the validation process for regulatory experts. The student also integrated NLP technology to extract relevant information from compliance documents, providing design documents for further implementation.
