Different Forms of Irregularity: Land, Urban, Administrative

This lecture covers the different forms of irregularity found in African cities, including land irregularity where occupants' rights are not recognized, illegal acquisition methods, urban irregularity related to non-compliance with development rules, such as lack of land use plans and zoning violations, and administrative irregularity involving initial neglect followed by repressive actions and later consensus-building for solutions.
