This lecture presents the process of designing and manufacturing an All Mountain ski, starting with numerical modeling using Abacus software for modal analysis and standardized tests, followed by the fabrication process involving mold pressing, hand-cutting soles, CNC machining the core, and applying epoxy resin and fiberglass layers.
