This lecture explores the Social Maximum Pilot Project in Lugano, Switzerland, focusing on the Pergasona Tower, a 16-story concrete structure that has become a decadent state. The project aims to transform the tower into a shared community space, addressing issues of internal mobility, lack of common areas, and the potential benefits of communal living. By collectivizing domestic spaces, the project seeks to create a powerful network of sharing and raise shared communities on spatial, political, and social levels.
