International Institute of Differing CivilizationsThe International Institute of Differing Civilizations (Institut international des civilisations différentes, INCIDI) was an organization based in Brussels, Belgium, founded in 1894 as the International Colonial Institute (Institut colonial international, ICI), that was active until 1980. It was a forum for discussion of issues related to administration and development of European colonies, and later of post-colonial independent states. Bertrand MoingeonBertrand Moingeon (born August 24, 1964, died October 2020), was Professor of Strategic Management is Executive Vice-President and Dean for Executive Education and Corporate Initiatives at ESCP Business School and formerly at HEC Paris. He had a dual career in academia and in management. Author of over one hundred publications, he was a visiting professor at Harvard Business School, as well as a member of HEC Paris' Executive Board for 17 years.
Cécile GueidanCécile Gueidan is a mycologist and lichenologist who applies morphological and molecular biological methods to the origin and taxonomy of fungi that live in lichen symbioses and within rocks. Gueidan began working on lichens during her Maitrise (1998) and DEA (1999) qualifications from Université Louis Pasteur and National Museum of Natural History, France. This included practical fieldwork experience with Claude Roux. She then studied molecular methods for lichen taxonomy at Duke University, USA and applied them to pyrenocarpous and Verrucariaceae lichens.

In 1975, with Jean Calais-Auloy, he cofounded the first Centre of research in consumer protection. From 2000 to 2012, he became the direction of this Centre. He was also an expert close to the United Nations and European Union.
Georges MenahemGeorges Menahem is a French sociologist and economist whose work employs methods drawn from economics, sociology and statistics. He is a Research Director in the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS). Previously, he had been a senior research fellow in the Institute for Research and Information in Health Economics (IRDES), a French research institute specializing in health economics and health statistics. Georges Menahem began his university training at Grenoble University (France) where he graduated in mathematics and physics.

Henri SellierHenri Charles Sellier (22 December 1883 – 24 November 1943) was a French administrator, urban planner and Socialist politician. He did much to develop garden cities in the Paris region. He was Minister of Health in 1936–37. Henri Charles Sellier was born on 22 December 1883 in Bourges, Cher. His father was a skilled metalworker who became a foreman in the cannon foundry of the Bourges arsenal. His mother, who came from a prosperous farming family, ran a small watch and jewelry shop. Sellier won a scholarship to the lycée in Bourges.

Maurice AllaisMaurice Félix Charles Allais (31 May 1911 9 October 2010) was a French physicist and economist, the 1988 winner of the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences "for his pioneering contributions to the theory of markets and efficient utilization of resources", along with John Hicks (Value and Capital, 1939) and Paul Samuelson (The Foundations of Economic Analysis, 1947), to neoclassical synthesis. They formalize the self-regulation of markets, that Keynes refuted, while reiterating some of his ideas.
