Henri TempleHenri Temple (born 1 November 1945 in Montpellier, France), is a French professor, lawyer, philosopher and politician. He received a Doctor of Juridical Science from University of Montpellier I with a thesis, "Les Sociétés de fait" (Partnerships by conduct or by estoppel). In 1975, with Jean Calais-Auloy, he cofounded the first Centre of research in consumer protection. From 2000 to 2012, he became the direction of this Centre. He was also an expert close to the United Nations and European Union.
Henry BakisHenry Bakis is professor emeritus of geography at the University of Montpellier. His research has mainly focused on industry, firms and ICT geography (information and communications technologies). One of his primary interests has been considering the articulation and the effects of electronic communication networks on territories and social networks. Bakis plays an active role in the International Geographical Union commission dedicated to ICT: executive secretary, chairman or vice-chair of the commissions dedicated to ICT (1985 - 2016).

She is director of research emeritus at CNRS, leads the "Law and Governance technologies" Department at the Centre for Administrative Science Research (CERSA) at the University Paris II, and is associate researcher at the March Bloch Centre in Berlin and at the IDT laboratory of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Pyotr Parfyonov wrote the latest version of the song after the 1922 Battle of Volochayevka. The song has many versions in other languages, including Serbo-Croatian, Greek, German, French, Hungarian, Hebrew and Kurdish among others. The song was adapted by the Yugoslav Partisans and used in World War II.
