Qu WuQu Wu (; July 16, 1898 – June 13, 1992) was a Chinese military officer and politician, who most notably served as chairman of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, Vice Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, deputy secretary-general of the National People's Congress, deputy secretary-general of the Central People's Government and vice chairman of the Committee of Foreign Cultural Relations.

FARD-Alafia was founded in 1994 and supported the candidacy of Mathieu Kérékou in the 1996 presidential election. Thus Qu poems are lyrics with lines of varying longer and shorter lengths, set according to the certain and specific, fixed patterns of rhyme and tone of conventional musical pieces upon which they are based and after which these matched variations in lyrics (or individual Qu poems) generally take their name.
Xiaobo QuXiaobo Qu () is a Chinese civil engineer, traffic and transportation scientist. He has been a professor at the Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering of Chalmers University of Technology since March 2018. He is also leader of the research group Urban Mobility Systems in the Division of Geology and Geotechnics at the same university. He has been elected as a member of both the European Academy of Sciences and Academia Europaea in 2020.
National Rally for Development and ProgressThe National Rally for Development and Progress (Rassemblement national pour le développement et le progrès, also known as VIVA) is a political party in Chad, led by Delwa Kassiré Koumakoye. It was founded in early 1992, with Koumakoye as its president. Qu YuanQu Yuan (340 BC – 278 BC) was a Chinese poet and politician in the State of Chu during the Warring States period. He is known for his patriotism and contributions to classical poetry and verses, especially through the poems of the Chu Ci anthology (also known as The Songs of the South or Songs of Chu): a volume of poems attributed to or considered to be inspired by his verse writing. Together with the Shi Jing, the Chu Ci is one of the two greatest collections of ancient Chinese verse.
Convergence for the Development of MaliConvergence for the Development of Mali (Convergence pour le développement du Mali, CODEM) is a political party in Mali. Its emblem is a distaff and its slogan is "Let's count on our own strengths first" (Comptons d’abord sur nos propres forces). The party was established on 23 May 2008 by five MPs; Alassane Abba, Housseini Guindo, Marie Sylla, Saran Sinaté and Souleymane Guindo. In the 2013 parliamentary elections it won five seats, becoming the fifth largest party in the National Assembly.
Murders of Ming Qu and Ying WuThe murders of Ming Qu and Ying Wu occurred on April 11, 2012, when the two Chinese graduate students were shot to death when sitting in their 2003 BMW parked outside of the University of Southern California (USC) campus in Los Angeles, California. It sparked safety concerns around the campus in South Los Angeles, an area notorious for its history of crime-ridden neighborhoods. The two suspects, Javier Bolden and Bryan Barnes, aged 19 and 20 at the time of the shooting, were arrested in connection with the murders.

PanhypocrisiadeLa Panhypocrisiade, ou la comédie infernale du seizième siècle (The Panhypocrisiade, or The Infernal Comedy of the Sixteenth Century) is a poem in sixteen cantos by Louis Jean Népomucène Lemercier, composed essentially under the French Consulate but not published until 1819 (see 1819 in poetry). The work is similar to Tragiques by Agrippa d'Aubigné, which has a similar style. The poem contains a conversation between a worm and Death, the complaints of an oak tree assailed by soldiers, an argument between Martin Luther and the Devil, and a visit to Rabelais by Reason personified, among other étrangetés.
