The present relates to a method for generating a graph representing a virtually lesioned connectome of a patient after a stroke comprising:- providing structural data of the brain of the patient after the stroke;- segmenting said structural data to delineate lesioned voxels and non-lesioned voxels to generate a lesion map;- providing at least one connectome of a healthy reference brain, said connectome representing white matter fibers of the said healthy reference brain;- overlapping the lesion map on the connectome and removing each white matter fiber of the connectome passing through one lesioned voxel so as to generate a virtually lesioned connectome;- constructing a graph for each virtually lesioned connectome by parcellating the virtually lesioned connectome into N region of interest, each region of interest corresponding to a vertex of the graph, the edges connecting two vertices representing the fibers connecting two regions of interest;
