Association of Students in Chemistry of the EPFL

The Association of Students in Chemistry of the EPFL (AdEC) is the official student association for all EPFL chemistry students. It represents the student community of the SCGC section, organizing various activities and events to enhance student life. AdEC consists of 9 committee members who coordinate the association's activities, with any SCGC student being a member with voting rights. Additionally, AdEC has a sub-committee, Baramine, responsible for the section's annual study trip. The association also hosts events like ski weekends, quiz nights, and seminars to provide insights into process chemistry, featuring professionals from renowned companies. AdEC also facilitates book sales and tutoring services among students, fostering a supportive academic environment.
