CenterThe Centre for Intelligent Systems (CIS) at EPFL is a collaborative research center focused on advancing AI, Machine Learning, and Robotics. CIS integrates research from various EPFL schools to develop intelligent systems that can adapt to their environment, learn from data, and have applications in autonomous systems, wearable technologies, robotics, and more. The center supports research pillars such as AI for Medicine, Intelligent Assistive Robotics, and Digital Twin, fostering integrative projects with industry partners. Through thematic conferences and collaboration grants, CIS promotes technology transfer and excellence in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics, positioning EPFL within international research networks.
