Entrepreneurship and Technology Commercialization Chair
ChairThe Chair of Entrepreneurship and Technology Commercialization (ENTC) at EPFL, directed by Prof. Dr. Marc Gruber, is a renowned center of excellence in research and teaching. ENTC focuses on entrepreneurial opportunity identification, founder identity, business model design in technology ventures, and commercializing innovative technologies. The unit collaborates internationally on projects such as technology commercialization research and entrepreneurship by the unemployed. ENTC researchers regularly publish in prestigious journals and present their work at international conferences. The curriculum emphasizes developing an entrepreneurial mindset, understanding management challenges, recognizing and evaluating entrepreneurial opportunities, crafting growth-oriented strategies, and fostering innovation within firms.
