Integrated Neurotechnologies Laboratory
LaboratoryThe Integrated Neurotechnologies Laboratory (INL) at EPFL focuses on developing new diagnostic and therapeutic devices for neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders. Their research intersects circuit design, machine learning, and neuroscience to create low-power system-on-chips for recording neural activity, detecting brain dysfunction, and providing therapeutic interventions. INL's work includes closed-loop AI-enabled neurostimulation for neurological disorders, machine learning hardware for diagnostic applications, and compressive sensing for high-density ECoG recording. The lab has been recognized for its innovative contributions to the field, receiving prestigious awards and grants for their cutting-edge research.
