Architecture Laboratory of Reviews
LaboratoryThe Architecture Laboratory of Reviews (NAL) at EPFL focuses on fundamental questions related to network system design. They explore topics such as inferring network behavior from external observations, leveraging streaming footage for Internet transparency, and writing software network functions to reason about their performance and semantics. NAL has made significant contributions in areas like network neutrality inference, Internet latency mapping, and verifying software NFs. The lab collaborates with industry partners and offers research projects for PhD, Bachelor, and Master's students, emphasizing topics like Internet transparency through online gaming and defining and measuring Internet neutrality.
