Comté de Hedmark
Le comté de Hedmark (Hedmark fylke en norvégien) est un ancien comté norvégien situé au sud-est du pays. Il était voisin des comtés de Sør-Trøndelag, Oppland et Akershus. Son centre administratif se situe à Hamar. Il partage également une frontière commune avec les comtés suédois de Dalarna et Värmland. Au 2020, les comtés d'Hedmark et de Oppland sont fusionnés au sein du nouveau comté Innlandet. Le Hedmark constitue le nord-est de l’Østlandet et le sud-est du pays. Il inclut une grande partie de la frontière avec la Suède.
Aremark
Aremark is a municipality in Viken county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Fosby. Aremark was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838 (see formannskapsdistrikt). The new municipality of Øymark was separated from Aremark on 1 July 1903. The Norse form of the name was Aramǫrk. The first element is the genitive of the name of the lake Ari (now Aremarksjøen). (The name of the lake is probably derived from ari which means "eagle", thus "eagle lake".
Ringsaker
is a municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Hedemarken. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Brumunddal. Other settlements in Ringsaker include the town of Moelv and the villages of Furnes, Kvål, Kylstad, Mesnali, Nydal, Rudshøgda, Stavsjø, Tingnes, and Byflaten. The municipality is the 77th largest by area out of the 356 municipalities in Norway. Ringsaker is the 30th most populous municipality in Norway with a population of 35,073.
Folldal
Folldal is a municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Østerdalen. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Folldal. The municipality was established in 1914 when it was separated from Alvdal Municipality. Folldal is bordered on the north by Oppdal and Tynset municipalities, in the east by Alvdal municipality, in the south by Stor-Elvdal, Sør-Fron and Sel municipalities, and in the west by Dovre municipality.
Oppdal
Oppdal est une commune norvégienne située dans le comté de Trøndelag. La commune s'étend sur à l'extrémité sud-ouest du comté. Le territoire est très montagneux avec la présence de la chaîne du Trollheimen qui culmine à au Storskrymten. De nombreuses forêts avec principalement des bouleaux et des épicéas ainsi que plusieurs lacs dont le plus connu est le Gjevilvatnet complètent le paysage. La commune est également parcourue par de nombreuses pistes de randonnées et de ski de fond.
Rennebu
Rennebu est une commune norvégienne située dans le comté de Trøndelag, dont le centre administratif est le village de Berkåk. La commune s'étend dans le sud-ouest du comté sur un territoire de principalement montagneeux qui culmine à au Svarthetta. Le paysage, parsemé de lacs, est fait de forêts et de brandes, au milieu duquel coule l'Orkla. Elle comprend les villages de Berkåk, Innset, Nerskogen, Stamnan, Ulsberg et Voll. Namsos
Namsos est une commune norvégienne située dans le comté de Trøndelag. Elle fait partie de la région du Namdalen et est située dans le nord-ouest du comté de Trøndelag, autour du , à l'embouchure de la rivière Namsen. nord-ouest L' concerne principalement l'établissement de la ville en 1845. The village of Namsskogan lies along the river Namsen in the northern part of the municipality. The European route E6 highway runs through the village. The municipality is the 64th largest by area out of the 356 municipalities in Norway.
