SørlandetSouthern Norway (Sørlandet; lit. "The Southland") is the geographical region (landsdel) along the Skagerrak coast of southern Norway. The region is an informal description since it does not have any governmental function. It roughly corresponds to the old petty kingdom of Agder as well as the two former counties of Vest-Agder and Aust-Agder. From New Year 2020, the two counties have been merged into one county, Agder. The total combined area of Vest-Agder and Aust-Agder counties is .
Lyngdalis a municipality in Agder county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Lister. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Alleen. Some of the main villages in Lyngdal include Austad, Byremo, Fleseland, Hæåk, Konsmo, Korshamn, Kvås, Skomrak, Svenevik, and Vivlemo. The municipal economy centers around wood processing, agriculture, and commerce. Tourism is also central to the community, with the beaches along the Lyngdalsfjorden and Rosfjorden being popular resorts during the summer.

AudnedalAudnedal est une ancienne kommune de Norvège. Elle faisait partie du comté de Vest-Agder. Audnedalen est le nom de la vallée créée par le cours d'eau Audna. Le nord de la vallée constituait la commune de Nord-Audnedal tandis que le sud de la vallée, Sør-Audnedal, était rattaché à la commune de Lindesnes. La commune d'Audnedal avait été créée en par la fusion des communes de Grindheim, Konsmo et une partie de Bjelland. Le , Audnedal a fusionné avec la municipalité de Lyngdal.
