District de Saharanpur
Saharanpur district is the northernmost of the districts of Uttar Pradesh state, India. Bordering the states of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, and close to the foothills of Shivalik range, it lies in the northern part of the Doab region. It is primarily an agricultural area. The district headquarters are in Saharanpur, which is also the headquarters of Saharanpur Division. Other principal towns are Behat, Deoband, Gangoh and Rampur Maniharan. Saharanpur is located at , about south-southeast from Chandigarh and north-northeast from Delhi.

The district is ringed by the districts Dehradun in the north and east, Pauri Garhwal in the east and the Uttar Pradesh districts of Muzaffarnagar and Bijnor in the south and Saharanpur in the west.
Garhwali language
Garhwali (गढ़वळि, gɜɽɦʋɜɭiˑ, in native pronunciation) is an Indo-Aryan language of the Central Pahari subgroup. It is primarily spoken by over million Garhwali people in the Garhwal region of the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand in the Indian Himalayas. Garhwali has a number of regional dialects. It is not an endangered language (Ethnologue lists it as "vigorous"), it is nonetheless designated as "vulnerable" in UNESCO's Atlas of the World's Languages in Danger, which indicates that the language requires consistent conservation efforts.
District d'Uttarkashi
Uttarkashi District is a district of Garhwal division of the Uttarakhand state in northern India, and has its headquarters at Uttarkashi city. It has six Tehsils namely Barkot, Dunda, Bhatwadi, Chinyalisaur, Purola and Mori. The district contains the source of the Bhagirathi (traditionally considered the headstream of the Ganga) at Gangotri and Yamuna at Yamunotri, both of which are highly significant and popular pilgrimage sites. Uttarkashi town, which lies on the main road to Gangotri, is also considered an important Hindu pilgrimage centre, especially for Saivites.
Pauri Garhwal
Pauri Garhwal is a district in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Its headquarters is in the town of Pauri. It is sometimes referred to simply as Garhwal district, though it should not be confused with the larger Garhwal region of which it is only a part of. Located partly in the Gangetic plain and partly in the Lower Himalayas, Pauri Garhwal district encompasses an area of and is situated between 29° 45' to 30°15' North Latitude and 78° 24' to 79° 23' East Longitude.
Uttarakhand
LUttarakhand (en sanskrit : sa et en उत्तराखण्ड, Uttarakhaṇḍ), ou Uttaranchal avant 2007, est un État indien situé dans le massif de l'Himalaya. Dehradun
Dehradun (hindî : देहरादून), aussi écrit Dehra Dun, est la capitale de l'État de l'Uttarakhand, au nord de l'Inde. Située dans la division de Garhwal, la ville se trouve à au nord de la capitale de l'Inde, New Delhi. Dehradun est située dans la Vallée de Doon, au pied de l'Himalaya, entre les vallées du Gange à l'est et de la Yamuna à l'ouest. La ville est célèbre pour ses paysages pittoresques et la douceur de son climat, et est une porte d'entrée pour la région.

Garhwali people
The Garhwali people are an Indian ethnolinguistic group native to the Garhwal, in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, who speak Garhwali, an Indo-Aryan language. In modern usage, "Garhwali" is used to refer to anyone whose linguistic, cultural, and ancestral or genetic origins is from the Garhwal Himalayas. Their ethnonym is derived from the word ‘Garhwal’ or 'Gadwal. The exact origin of the word Garhwal is unknown.

Tehri Garhwal is a district in the hill state of Uttarakhand, India. Its administrative headquarters is at New Tehri. The district has a population of 618, 931 (2011 census), a 2.35% increase over the previous decade. It is surrounded by Rudraprayag District in the east, Dehradun District in the west, Uttarkashi District in the north, and Pauri Garhwal District in the south. Tehri Garhwal is a part of the Himalayas.
