DarodDarod (Daarood, ) est un clan somalien. L'ancêtre de ce clan était Abdirahman bin Isma'il al-Jabarti, plus communément appelé Darod. Le clan Darod est le plus grand clan somalien de la Corne de l'Afrique, avec un vaste territoire traditionnel. Les Darod en Somalie vivent principalement dans les États membres fédéraux du Jubbaland et du Puntland ainsi que dans les régions septentrionales de Sool, Sanaag et Cayn. En outre, le clan a une présence accessoire dans les états de Koonfur-Galbeed et Galmudug.
Farah GaradThe Farah Garad or the Garad Farah (Faarax Garaad, محمد جراد, Full Name: ’Farah Shirshore Habarwa Abdullah Muse Said Saleh Abdi Mohamed Abdirahman bin Isma'il al-Jabarti ) is a Somali clan which is part of the Dhulbahante clan-family, a sub-division of the larger Harti/Darod clan. The Farah Garad are divided into two sub-clans — Yassin Garad and Abdalla Garad. Abdalla has four clan eponyms, Ahmed Garad, Mohamed Garad Baharsame, Guled Garad Barkad and Ali Garad.They are largely significant in Sool and Togdheer regions of Somaliland.
DeshiisheDeshiishe (Dashiishe) is a Somali clan. It's part of the Darod Harti sub-clan. Primarily inhabit in Puntland, especially Bari, Karkaar and Sanaag regions. Clan members are also found in Kismanyo in southern Somalia. The clan is a founding and pioneering tribe of Bosaso and naturally based the area of the city, its environs and constituencies. Clan's head elder serves as nominal Ugas of Harti clans.
MarehanThe Marehan (Mareexaan, مريحان) is a Somali clan, which is part of one of the largest Somali clans families, the Darod. The clan is one of the largest constituent sub-clans of the Darod. The majority of the Marehan live in the Jubaland in southern Somalia, as well as the Galguduud and Mudug regions in central Somalia, the Somali region of Ethiopia and the North Eastern Province of Kenya. The Marehan of Darood Jabarti are a noble Clan that has a history of rulership starting from before the Times of Adal, to the Imamate of Aussa and Emirate or harar, up until the modern Somali State.
Harla peopleThe Harla, also known as Harala, Haralla are an ethnic group that once inhabited Somalia, Djibouti and Ethiopia. They spoke the now-extinct Harla language, which belonged to either the Cushitic or Semitic branches of the Afroasiatic family. The Harla are credited by the present-day inhabitants of parts of Somalia, Djibouti and Ethiopia with having constructed various historical sites. Although now mostly lying in ruins, these structures include stone necropoleis, store pits, mosques and houses.

The Bah Nugaaleed are composed of three major sub-groups in accordance with their locality in the SSCD regions. These groups are Qayaad, the Ugaasyo, the Reer Aymeed and Reer Oodeed (including Qayaad).
DhulbahanteThe Dhulbahante (Dhulbahante, البهانتة) is a Somali clan family, part of the Harti clan which itself belongs to the largest Somali clan-family — the Darod. They are the traditional inhabitants of the physiographic Nugaal in its topographic sense, and its pre-independence administrative sense, which included Doollo. The clan's progenitor is buried at Badweyn. The Ali Gheri clan were the first tribe to adopt the Dervish (Daraawiish) identity.

RahanweynLe clan Rahanweyn (dans le nord de la Somalie : Raxaweyn, en رحنوين), également connu sous le nom de Digil et Mirifle (Digil iyo Mirifle) est un important clan somalien. C'est l'un des principaux clans somaliens de la Corne de l'Afrique, avec un vaste territoire comprenant les vallées fertiles densément peuplées des rivières Jubba et Chébéli et la zone les reliant, principalement habitée par des colons des lignées Digil et Mirifle. Les anthropologues et les Somaliens du nord ont créé le terme Rahanweyn.
Abdi GaradAbdi Garad or Qayaad (Cabdi Garaad) Full Name: ’Abdi Shirshore Habarwa Abdullah Muse Said Saleh Abdi Mohamed Abdirahman bin Isma'il al-Jabarti is a sub-clan that is part of the Dulbahante clan-family. The nickname "Qayaad" was supposedly the name of a Galla chief who formerly controlled the clan's territory and whom the clan's forefather killed in battle. Prominent Somalis from this clan include Army Officer Business Man (( Mohamed M.
