We propose an innovative configuration for the on-chip detection of terahertz fields relying on a hybrid silicon-organic platform. In particular, we combine silicon waveguides with terahertz antennas and nonlinear optical polymers to perform an integrated counterpart of the electro-optic sampling detection technique. This novel architecture allows for the implementation of differential scheme for the acquisition of the modulated probe beam, missing in earlier configurations. Employing metallic antennas with a resonance centered around 400 GHz, our device demonstrates dynamic ranges as high as 350 and broadband detection exceeding 2 THz.
