Classification en classes multiplesIn machine learning and statistical classification, multiclass classification or multinomial classification is the problem of classifying instances into one of three or more classes (classifying instances into one of two classes is called binary classification). While many classification algorithms (notably multinomial logistic regression) naturally permit the use of more than two classes, some are by nature binary algorithms; these can, however, be turned into multinomial classifiers by a variety of strategies.
Function objectIn computer programming, a function object is a construct allowing an object to be invoked or called as if it were an ordinary function, usually with the same syntax (a function parameter that can also be a function). In some languages, particularly C++, function objects are often called functors (not related to the functional programming concept). A typical use of a function object is in writing callback functions. A callback in procedural languages, such as C, may be performed by using function pointers.
SmalltalkSmalltalk est un langage de programmation orienté objet, réflexif et dynamiquement typé. Il est inspiré par les langages Lisp et Simula. Il a été conçu par Alan Kay, Dan Ingals, Ted Kaehler, Adele Goldberg au Palo Alto Research Center de Xerox. Le langage a été formalisé en tant que Smalltalk-80 et est depuis utilisé par un grand nombre de personnes.
