This lecture covers the development of wearable MRI detectors and field sensors, aiming to improve patient comfort and application range while maintaining sensitivity. Topics include array detection in MRI, integrated circuits for on-detector receivers, and the challenges of operating in harsh magnetic field environments. The presenter discusses the design of transceiver ASICs, power supplies, RF filters, and signal processing for wearable devices inside and outside magnetic fields. Additionally, the lecture explores the use of custom-designed LNAs and receiver ICs, flexible connections, and fiber optic transmission for enhanced performance. Medical perspectives on stretchable coil arrays and wearable field sensors are also presented, highlighting advancements in coil array technology for MRI applications.
