CompanyNiki is a cafeteria located on the EPFL campus, offering a variety of food options such as waffles, savory and sweet crepes, and a daily vegetarian and vegan menu. The cafeteria has undergone transformations, introducing new concepts like the Asian cuisine at Ginko, a bowl bar at Zaha, and an Italian cuisine section at the Piano. Niki is part of the collective effort led by the EPFL to provide sustainable, local, and seasonal culinary offerings, with a focus on vegetarian and vegan choices. The cafeteria also participates in initiatives like the Castor Freegan project, which repurposes surplus fruits and vegetables.
