Presidency

The Presidency at EPFL is led by Martin Vetterli, who became President in 2017. The office focuses on advancing EPFL's vision and priorities through administrative, operational, and strategic services. It comprises departments such as General Secretary, Mediacom, Development Office, International Affairs, and Legal Affairs. The President's Delegate for International Affairs collaborates on global initiatives, while the Legal Affairs office provides expert legal support to EPFL's management. The Development Office synergizes philanthropy and alumni efforts to support key school projects. Mediacom handles internal and external communications, events, and visual identity to keep the public informed about EPFL's research and activities.
