Fuding() is a county-level city in northeastern Ningde prefecture-level city, on Fujian's border with Zhejiang province. Fuding county was established during the Qing Dynasty in 1739 AD. On December 15, 1950, the Matsu Administrative Office (馬祖行政公署) of Fujian Province, Republic of China was established including modern-day Lienchiang County (the Matsu Islands), ROC (Taiwan) as well as islands in present-day Haidao Township, Xiapu County and Taishan (台山) in Fuding's Shacheng. Fuding was promoted to county-level city status in 1995.
ChangzhouChangzhou is a prefecture-level city in southern Jiangsu, China. It was previously known as Yanling, Lanling, and Jinling. Located on the southern bank of the Yangtze River, Changzhou borders the provincial capital of Nanjing to the west, Zhenjiang to the northwest, Wuxi to the east, and the province of Zhejiang to the south. The name "Panthay" is a Burmese word, which is said to be identical with the Shan word Pang hse. It was the name by which the Burmese called the Chinese Muslims who came with caravans to Burma from the Chinese province of Yunnan.
LishuiLishui (; Lishuinese: li6 syu3 [li sʮ]) is a prefecture-level city in the southwest of Zhejiang province, People's Republic of China. It borders Quzhou, Jinhua and Taizhou to the north, Wenzhou to the southeast, and the province of Fujian to the southwest. The name of the city literally means "Beautiful Waters." Lishui has a very long history, for during the Liangzhu culture period 4000 years ago, there were tribes living in the area.

Dongyang() is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jinhua in Central Zhejiang Province, China. It covers an area of and administers eleven towns, one township, and six subdistricts. It is part of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Region. As of the 2020 census, its population was 1,087,950 inhabitants however, its built-up (or metro) area, made of Dongyang and the neighboring city of Yiwu, was home to 2,947,340 inhabitants. Dongyang county was first set up in AD 195 (2nd year of Xingping Reign of East Han Dynasty) and known as Wuning ().
XuanchengXuancheng () is a city in the southeast of Anhui province. Archeological digs suggest that the city has been settled for over 4,000 years, and has been under formal administration since the Qin dynasty. Located in the lower Yangtze River drainage basin and Yangtze River Delta, it borders Wuhu to the northwest, Chizhou to the west, Huangshan to the southwest, and the coastal provinces of Zhejiang and Jiangsu to the southeast and northeast respectively. Archeological digs in Xuancheng have found pottery and stoneware indicative of the Liangzhu Culture.
