This lecture discusses the Phos4life technology for phosphorus recovery, covering the development, stakeholders, and the ecofriendly recovery process. It explains the joint development with Técnicas Reunidas SA, piloting in Madrid, and the high-quality product, Technical grade Phosphoric Acid (TGA). The process includes leaching, pre-treatment, Fe-separation, and purification steps, ensuring a high P-recovery yield. The lecture also highlights the market acceptance of TGA and the involvement of various industries in the utilization of the recovered phosphorus.
