This lecture covers the numerical methods in biomechanics, focusing on multiphysics coupling using the Finite Element Method. Topics include one-way and two-way coupling, weak and strong coupling effects, and the differences between fully coupled and segregated solvers. The lecture also discusses the application of multiphysics solvers, fluid-structure interaction, and the Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian method.
