This lecture introduces the Neocortical Microcircuit Collaboration Portal, providing access to the Blue Brain Project's digital reconstruction of the juvenile Rat somatosensory cortex microcircuitry, experimental data sets, and resulting models. The portal offers interactive browsing of anatomical and physiological properties, a database of published papers, simulation videos, and downloadable models.
