This lecture covers the analysis of genotypes and variants information extracted from openSNP data, focusing on conducting a Genome-Wide Association Study (GWAS) to explore the association between genetic variants and phenotypes like height. Students will learn how to run GWAS with and without covariates, interpret p-values, compare results, and conduct meta-analysis with the GIANT Study data.
