Linear Differential Equations

This lecture covers linear differential equations of the second order. It explains the homogeneous EDL2 with constant coefficients, the characteristic equation, and the construction of a second linearly independent solution. The general solution is derived from the roots of the quadratic equation. Methods for finding linearly independent solutions are also discussed.
