This lecture focuses on evidence-informed coaching strategies for student projects, emphasizing the use of questions to stimulate critical thinking and feedback to enhance learning. It covers methods to encourage active learning, set clear goals, and create challenging transfer activities. Participants will practice responding to mini cases and learn how to facilitate experiential learning based on the principles outlined in Tormey & Isaac (2022). The workshop aims to equip attendees with the skills to effectively coach student projects by the end of the session.
