Danièle BourcierDanièle Bourcier (born 1946 in Anjou) is a French lawyer and essayist, who has contributed to the emergence of a new discipline in France: Law, Computing and linguistics. She is director of research emeritus at CNRS, leads the "Law and Governance technologies" Department at the Centre for Administrative Science Research (CERSA) at the University Paris II, and is associate researcher at the March Bloch Centre in Berlin and at the IDT laboratory of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
Annie Lacroix-RizAnnie Lacroix-Riz (born 18 October 1947) is a French historian, professor emeritus of modern history at the university Paris VII - Denis Diderot, specialist in the international relations in first half of the 20th century and collaboration. Her work concerns the political, economic and social history of the French Third Republic and Vichy Government, the relations between the Vatican and Reich, as well as the strategy of the political elites and economic French before and after the Second World War.
Henri BrescHenri Bresc (born 12 December 1939) is a French historian who specialises in the Mediaeval history of Sicily, and particularly in the inter-relation in the Mediterranean area between the three principal monotheistic religions. From 1990 until 2008 he was a professor at Paris X Nanterre university, and is director of its Centre d'Histoire Sociale et Culturelle de l'Occident. He previously taught at the University of Nice. In 2002 Bresc received an honorary degree in letters from the University of Palermo.
Arnaud TsamereArnaud Tsedri (born 11 March 1975), better known by the stage name Arnaud Tsamere (aʁno tsamɛʁ), is a French comedian, actor, television presenter and sports journalist. Born in Bordeaux and raised in the Yvelines, he joined the Déclic Théâtre group after quitting his sales job. There, he acted in plays and participated in improvisation events. He wrote his first one-man show, Réflexions profondes sur pas mal de trucs, in 2002 with Arnaud Joyet, and his second, Chose Promise, in 2007 with Joyet and François Rollin.
Trams in RouenThere have been two separate generations of trams in Rouen. The first generation tramway was a tram network built in Rouen, Normandy, northern France, that started service in 1877, and finally closed in 1953. There were no trams at all in Rouen between 1953 and 1994, when the modern Rouen tramway opened. Horse-drawn carriages and omnibuses had started at the end of the 18th century and progressively improved, but were no longer enough to provide urban services in an age of industrial and demographic growth.
