Every such cohomology theory is representable, as follows from Brown's representability theorem. This means that, given a cohomology theory,there exist spaces such that evaluating the cohomology theory in degree on a space is equivalent to computing the homotopy classes of maps to the space , that is.Note there are several different of spectra leading to many technical difficulties, but they all determine the same , known as the stable homotopy category.
Hurewicz theoremIn mathematics, the Hurewicz theorem is a basic result of algebraic topology, connecting homotopy theory with homology theory via a map known as the Hurewicz homomorphism. The theorem is named after Witold Hurewicz, and generalizes earlier results of Henri Poincaré. The Hurewicz theorems are a key link between homotopy groups and homology groups. For any path-connected space X and positive integer n there exists a group homomorphism called the Hurewicz homomorphism, from the n-th homotopy group to the n-th homology group (with integer coefficients).

Big lieA big lie (große Lüge) is a gross distortion or misrepresentation of the truth primarily used as a political propaganda technique. The German expression was first used by Adolf Hitler in his book Mein Kampf (1925) to describe how people could be induced to believe so colossal a lie because they would not believe that someone "could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously". Hitler claimed that the technique had been used by Jews to blame Germany's loss in World War I on German general Erich Ludendorff, who was a prominent nationalist political leader in the Weimar Republic.
