Ferdinando ScalaFerdinando Scala (born May 24, 1969) is an Italian biologist, science and technology journalist and historian, specialized in strategy and military history. Born in Portici, he spent his first year of life in Foggia, where his father was servicing as a warrant officer of the Italian Air Force, and then he moved to San Giorgio a Cremano, that he then always considered his hometown. Here he frequented elementary and middle school, and then he spent the first two years of high school at Liceo Classico Statale "Quinto Orazio Flacco" of Portici.
Numéro (band)Numéro# is a French Canadian electropop duo consisting of Jérôme Rocipon and Pierre Crube. Jérôme Rocipon is a native of Bordeaux, France and played as a guitarist in various rock groups in the country with additional interests in hip hop. He started to correspond with Pierre Crube, a composer of experimental electronic music from Montreal in the primarily Francophone province of Quebec in Canada. The two exchanged their compositions on the Internet. From this exchange, the project Numéro# was born, and their compositions were put online on MySpace.
Domus (magazine)Domus is an architecture and design magazine founded in 1928 by architect Gio Ponti and Barnabite father Giovanni Semeria. Published by Editoriale Domus, the magazine is issued 11 times a year on a monthly basis and has its headquarters in Rozzano, Milan. The first issue of Domus, subtitled "Architecture and decor of the modern home in the city and in the country," was published on 15 January 1928. Its mission was to renew architecture, interiors and Italian decorative arts without overlooking topics of interest to women, like the art of homemaking, gardening and cooking.
