Abstract

There are many reasons why the scientific community has a hard time agreeing on a specific greenhouse gas mitigation path and it is easy to raise arguments for waiting. However, there is no more time for procrastination. The talk shows mitigation measures that do not need any more justification to be implemented rapidly.
