Digitization has been recognized as effective means to safeguard cultural heritage,simultaneously producing a significant body of data resources within the GLAM sector. Digital curatorial innovations in the museums have created tools to enhance accessibility,interoperability,and interactivity of different archives. Meanwhile,recent efforts have embarked on capturing the living facets of intangible cultural heritage. This article outlines state-of-the-art projects while spotlighting the novel frameworks of experimental museology and computational archives. It aims to identify the advancements and gaps in the existing conventions,in addition to opportunities for transmitting intangible heritage through embodiment.
